      It should be clear that the reason Florida law requires the ballot punch holes to the right of the candidate's name is to avoid such as the 19,000 votes not being counted in Palm Beach County.
      It does not matter who designed or approved the confusing butterfly ballot, it violated Florida law, deprived 19,000 voters the right to have their votes counted, and requires a re-vote.
      The Republican Secretary of State's statement that the butterfly ballot is perfectly legal is similar to "Recovering Alcoholic" George Dubya lying about ever being arrested for drunk driving, 10 years before he claimed to be a recovering alcoholic at the age of 40, until the fact became public. Like father like son.
      Everyone in Palm Beach County should be allowed to re-vote and the ballot should be revised to exactly the Florida law to eliminate the confusion of the butterfly ballot. However, no one should be allowed to vote except the ones who previously logged in and voted. The will of the voters must rule.
      Obviously, Bush does not want this to happen because he knows that Gore will win if all of the votes are counted.
      Bush has promised a huge tax cut and a huge spending increase similar to the Reagan economic fiasco. This would produce a standard Republican depression plus a Federal debt explosion same as Reagan.
      Every Republican president since the Federal Reserve System was established in 1913 has given us at least one depression and Bush will do the same if allowed to hide these 19,000 votes.
      Every Democratic president has given us prosperity, except Carter who allowed himself to be duped by Republican economic advice.
